This tire model offers excellent summer weather traction, and it grips the road well in dry and wet road conditions thanks to its special directional tread pattern. The tire is not recommended for winter use, as the tread compound loses its traction on ice and in snow and it does not grip the road well in colder temperatures. The tire helps resist hydroplaning by channeling water from below the footprint for an increased wet traction and superb hydroplaning resistance. The tread design helps improve the steering responsiveness and the cornering capability of the model. The continuous center rib on the tread maintains constant road contact, which improves the high speed linear stability of the tire, as well as its steering responsiveness and precision.
