TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS:1. Your base station should already be activated. If your base station has not already been activated, call Sprint Customer care to complete your activation process; 2. Make sure that both your router and your Internet Broadband modem are functioning properly.; 3. Place the base station near a closed window and in a central location. For best results, place the base station in an elevated location, such as the top of a bookshelf or tall cabinet; 4. Connect one end of the included Ethernet cable toan open port on the router (1) and connect the other end to the WAN port located at the rear of the base station; 5. Plug the power supply connector into the DC 5 V power port located at the rear of the base station; 6. Insert one end of the power cord into the power supply and then plug the other end into an available power outlet; 7. Confirm that the front LEDs are illuminated.
