Ingredients: Ingredients: Organic White Quinoa, Organic Millet, Organic Amaranth, Organic Green & Red Bell Pepper*, Sea Salt, Organic Carrot*, Organic Spices*, Organic Garlic*, Organic Onion*, Organic Cane Sugar, Yeast Extract, Organic Turmeric* (Color), Organic Chili Pepper*, Organic Rice Concentrate And Organic Sunflower Oil Added to Prevent Caking. *Dehydrated. Directions: Instructions: Basic Cooking: 1. Add Ancient Grains Blend, seasoning and 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a 2-3 quart sauce pan. 2. Measure 2 cups of water into the pan, stir and cover. 3. Bring to boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook covered for 20 minutes. 4. After 20 minutes, turn off heat, remove from burner, keep cover on, and allow remaining water to absorb for approx. 5 minutes. 5. Mix well and serve. High Altitude: Increase simmer time to 22 minutes and increase rest time to 8 minutes.
