Beef Pot Roast, with Gravy 18 oz (1 lb 2 oz) Slow roasted. Ready in 10 minutes. US Inspected and passed by Department of Agriculture. Microwaveable. Fully cooked. Keep refrigerated. Microwave Oven: 1. Remove board overwrap and film from tray. 2. On the top side and near one end, cut 2 small slits in pouch. 3. Place tray with pouch in microwave and heat product on High power for 5 to 7 minutes or until hot. 4. Remove tray and pouch and allow to set for 2 minutes. 5. Carefully open pouch by cutting end of bag with scissors and pour contents into empty tray or serving dish. Boil-In-Bag: 1. Add water to a large (4 quart) sauce pan and bring to a boil. 2. Remove board overwrap and film from tray. 3. Remove pouch and place into boiling water. Do not cover. 4. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. 5. Using tongs, carefully remove pouch from boiling water and allow to set for 2 minutes. 6. Carefully open pouch by cutting end of pouch with scissors and pour contents into empty tray or serving dish.
