Holds three third size or two half size 2-1/2" depth chafing pans (not included) on NWT-1B NWT-1S NWT-40S or Buffet Server warming surface for optimum heat retention. Stainless steel with rounded corners. One of Model PS-NBS will fit on NWT-10S NWT-1B PWT-1S and PWT-1B Warming Trays.
