SolGuard spf 8 is good to use when beginning the tanning process, as it will provide gradual exposure to UV rays and give you a base tan over a period of time. Do not rub the sunscreen lotion vigorously onto the skin. Gently wipe the lotion on the area and re-apply every hour to hour and a half.
