This all natural, artisanal, handcrafted sausage from Les Trois Petits Cochons is made with premium quality chicken and authentic French Espelette Pepper. It is slightly spicy and pairs perfectly with a medium-bodied beer such as an ale, IPA or Bock.​ Fully cooked, so you just heat and serve, it contains no preservatives and is gluten-free. Given that it is a chicken-based sausage, it is pork free and made from vegetarian-fed chicken that has no antibiotics or hormones. It also has no Added Nitrates or Nitrites.
