Chem-Crest 515 mild liquid detergent is useful in many applications requiring good detergency and wetting, especially on hard surfaces. It is a nonetching and neutral pH detergent. Chem-Crest 515 was specifically developed for additional particle removal capability. It can also be used as an additive to other detergents to increase wetting capability. Crest recommends mixing this concentrate with water at a 20 to 1 or 10 to 1 ratio, depending on application. Typical Contaminants Removed: Chem-Crest 515 removes oils, lubricants, particles, fingerprints, light silicone oils, mold release compounds, buffing compounds and airborne contaminants, as well as other general contaminants. Operating Conditions: Chem-Crest 515 is used at 3-10% by volume in ultrasonic cleaning applications for light to heavy contaminants. Normal operating temperatures: 130°-160°F. Contact your Crest representative for product-line specific recommendations. Recommended rinsing water temperature: 110 - 150°F. Substrate Compatibility: Chem-Crest 515 is safe on copper, beryllium copper alloys, brass, gold, silver, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, glass, nickel alloys, Ceramics, and other materials when used as directed. Storage Conditions and Disposal Methods: Avoid freezing conditions. Dispose in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and procedures.
