The CrimeStopper Front/Rear Parking Assist System with LCD Screen and Matte Sensors uses eight ultrasonic sensors to detect objects behind the rear bumper when the vehicle is shifted into reverse or in front of the vehicle when the brake pedal is depressed. Six sensors can be used for smaller vehicles. The system comes with a dash-mounted LED display that gives the driver visual distance readings to an object and generates beeps for audible alerts as well.
