Selected from Chicago Pickling by J.C. Snow of the famous Snow Pickle Farm of Rockford, Illinois. Introduced in 1905 by the Vaughan Seed House of Chicago. Slender fruits are 5 - 6 inches long and 1-1/2 - 2 inches in diameter. Primarily for small pickle manufacturing, considered too short for the dill pickle industry. 50-60 days.
