Good price. Arrived on time. Looks impressive, but purchased as a gift so haven't used it.

Elegant, Dependable, Versatile and very easy to use. There are no buttons to press and all the accessories are package into an elegant design. Once the opener is charged it seems to be able to open 20 - 30 bottles before needing to be recharged. You just put the opener over the cork and press opener down gently and it starts to the remove the cork. Once you pull the opener away from the bottle the appliance automatically reverses and releases the cork for disposal. Some areas of improvement for the product would be: 1) The location and type of charging. The charging plug is located near the top of the unit which for an appliance is odd. The plug type is the older USB micro plug so you need to try to figure out what way the plug fits. A USB-C plug would be better. 2) The wine bottle seal cutter is too small for some larger bottle heads.

This was 5 star before the corking mechanism stopped working. I really like the wine opening portion of this 4 in one wine opener. It takes out the cork and automatically spits it back out. The other opener I had did not do this. The foil removal tool is also superior than others.

I couldn't be more impressed! Cut the foil off. Place the opener onto the top of the bottle. Push and hold the button in. The opener then twists the corkscrew into the cork, reverses, removes the cork, then reverses again and releases the cork from the opener, seamlessly, and all in one step. So impressed! In my opinion, the best opener you could own. A bonus to this item is that people that might otherwise be intimidated by opening wine bottles, will line up to do it with this opener! Compact, quiet, and it will open 40 to 50 bottles on one charge! I am a big believer in Cuisinart products and they won me over once again with this item!

Absolutely brilliant device, makes opening the most difficult bottle of wine easy. Ideal for people with arthritis or other hand difficulties and makes one looks so professional when used in front of friends, who are all equally impressed. We have brought ours to the land of wine, France, where it impresses everyone just as much as it did back in England.
