Unique COS (control of stimulation) technology provides 100 dial adjustable levels of very clean stimulation including blunt and pavlovian. Utilizes ni-MH rechargeable batteries and is waterproof and shock resistant. Includes one 3/4-inch x 30-inch bio thane, ready-to-cut collar, a waterproof floating remote 2.75-inch diameter x 1.29-inch thick, a waterproof miniature collar receiver that measures two-inch x 1.5-inch x 1.1-inch, and a dual battery charger (120V/220V) with a 10-hour full charge.
