The Stratos Convertible Car Seat converts from a rear-facing car seat to a forward-facing seat as your child grows from infant to toddler. Evenflo recommends that parents utilize the rear-facing option for as long as possible. With this in mind, the Stratos Convertible Car Seat features a rear-facing weight rating of up to 40 pounds and a forward-facing weight rating of up to 65 pounds. There are also six shoulder harness positions and a five-position adjustable headrest to achieve a true extended fit option. Each Stratos Convertible Car Seat is structurally tested for safety in the event of a rollover accident.
