The sole resists oils, heat, chemicals, abrasions and metal chips. Goodyear welt construction enhances the boot's strength and flexibility. There's also a steel shank. Taking comfort up a notch, this boot features a patented Comfort Core. The CC is a specially designed, polyurethane energy return heel plug that stores energy as it's compressed by your foot, then releases that energy as you lift your foot. The inserts also feature an Air Flow System that forces air through the footbed as you walk to keep your feet cool and dry. The Renegades work boot also has a Cosmo Spacer lining with Agion antimicrobial treatment to prevent odor. This is an 8 inch boot with a nylon pull loop. G8114
