Available in a wide range of water resistant shades with an artist’s blending point on the tip of each pencil. HOW TO USE: Apply Precision Eye Pencil to lash line to accentuate eyes and thicken the appearance of the lash line. Use the artist’s blending tip to blend liner if desired.
