The unit itself weighs only 7 lbs. Maasdam's unique "notch-at-a-time" letdown provides trouble-free, positive control to lower your loads while safety latches keep the hooks in place and a non-slip plastic grip comfortably fits your hand to reduce fatigue. The big advantage of the Maasdam over traditional cable ratchet pullers is that it can accommodate an unlimited length of rope.
