To make: approximately 2 fl oz bottle, measure 1 fl oz of water and add 1 fl oz of concentrated formula. - approximately 4 fl oz bottle, measure 2 fl oz of water and add 2 fl oz of concentrated formula. - approximately 6 fl oz bottle, measure 3 fl oz of water and add 3 fl oz of concentrated formula. - approximately 8 fl oz bottle, measure 4 fl oz of water and add 4 fl oz of concentrated formula.
