Included in our Party Planner is the timeless classic, Mountain Gorgonzola, prized for its rich, sharp, blue cheese taste. A safe bet for all palates, an aged English Farmhouse Cheddar (one of the best you will ever taste), nicely contrasts the Gorgonzola with its sweet, tangy flavor. For decadence, we added a French triple cream as well as Malagon with Rosemary, a savory sheep's milk cheese that imparts overtures of Spanish countryside herbs, grass and wildflowers. No cheese offering is complete without our Extra Aged Gouda. Continuing our international theme, we have included a soft chevre, creme fraiche, Spanish Marcona Almonds, seasoned Virginia peanuts, and, for a little kick, cayenne carrot sticks. We included an array of crackers and breads on which to serve all of these delicious meats and cheeses. The included Bistro Wafers, Crispy French Waffle Crackers, flatbreads and more make perfect vehicles for these fabulous cheeses. Next, we've selected sliced smoked salmon. Serve on dense, thinly sliced, dark bread, lightly spread with creme fraiche. To enhance this presentation, decorate the serving platter with thinly sliced lemons and fresh dill.
