The result is a delicious apple pie you'll love to eat and be proud to serve! Keep frozen. Baking: 1. Keep pie frozen until ready to bake. Do not thaw it before baking. 2. Put oven rack in middle of oven and preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 3. Remove pie from carton. 4. If you desire a beautiful brown glaze, brush the crust (except edge) with a beaten egg. 5. Center pie on cookie sheet and place in pre-heated oven. 6. Bake pie at 400 degrees F for 50-65 minutes depending upon desired color of the finished pie crust. 7. Carefully remove cookie sheet with pie on it from the oven and cool. Do not handle the hot pie. 8. The pie may be served warm after 30 minutes or cool after 2 hours.
