Advance Lab has been specifically designed and developed for the laboratory market and the sterilization of liquid media loads. Liquid cycles are monitored by a remote temperature probe for optimum control. A major benefit of the Prestige Medical design of temperature probe compared to other manufacturers is that it can be easily and quickly changed by the operator, saving down time and costs. In addition to the liquid cycle options, Advance Lab can also be used as a conventional autoclave for the sterilization of pouched and wrapped solid or hollow loads and includes another 5 cycle options. Class B vacuum and Class N non-vacuum cycles ensure that multiple load types can be sterilized using the same unit. Additional flexibility is offered as Advance Lab can also be used as a sterilizer for glassware and bottles, rendering them safe for disposal. The FlexiRack and media tray load management system provide maximum flexibility in accommodating the greatest number of load types and sizes.- The Advance Lab has 4 pre-programmed media cycles for you to select depending on your sterilization requirements. The average cycle time for a 2000ml liquid media load is 80 minutes. *Subject to start temperatures and media container types.
