RANA MARINARA SAUCE This sauce is both light and fresh-tasting, made with a zesty blend of spices and cherry tomato halves. Amazing in three simple steps: 1. Place on microwave safe dish and cover with paper towel. 2. Microwave on high (100% power) 4 - 4 1/2 minutes. 3. Stir halfway through. Do not overheat. Try our Recipe! ITALIAN SAUSAGE RAVIOLI MARINARA WITH RICOTTA INGREDIENTS One 10-ounce package Giovanni Rana Italian Sausage Ravioli One 15-ounce container Giovanni Rana Marinara Sauce ½ cup fresh ricotta, whipped slightly with fork 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil Finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese PREPARATION Cook the ravioli according to package instructions and drain, reserving ½ cup of the pasta cooking water. Meanwhile, warm the marinara in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ravioli and toss to coat, adding the reserved pasta cooking water a little at a time to loosen the sauce if needed. Divide the ravioli among plates and finish each plate with a dollop of fresh ricotta. Garnish with basil and cheese.
