The ComfortGel nasal mask frame has not changed, so the new ComfortGel Blue Nasal Cushions and Original Gel Nasal Cushions are interchangeable. Headgear is not included.WIthin this listing there is going to be shipped out the standard frame system and the Large replacement Cushion only.There is no headgear included in this listing.
