Rubber-Cal’s Pure Gum Rubber is an affordable and eco-friendly natural rubber product with high elasticity. This non-marking rubber is naturally sourced from the latex of rubber trees and is free of any synthetic sheet rubber materials. Production of natural rubber sheets leaves almost zero waste, allowing for an affordable and eco-friendly elastic rubber sheet. This flexible rubber has a natural tan color that won’t rub off or leave unsightly stains. Because the gum rubber is non-marking, it is ideal for abrasive applications in industrial and commercial settings alike. This Pure Gum Rubber generally has a higher rebound rate than its synthetic counterparts, and is best for applications that require high elasticity. The natural rubber durometer or hardness is typically much lower than other synthetic rubber materials. A higher durometer indicates a hard elastomer sheeting, while a lower durometer indicates a more flexible and soft rubber.
