This handcrafted Spitfire Mk.1X 1/24 scale model is painstakingly built by our skilled craftsmen with a wealth of detail. The Spitfire was a British single-seat fighter aircraft that was used by the Royal Air Force and many other Allied countries throughout World War II. The Spitfire continued to be used as a front line fighter and in secondary roles into the 1950s. It was produced in greater numbers than any other British aircraft and was the only British fighter in production throughout the war. This handcrafted model is painted in the same paint scheme as the original and is painstakingly built from Philippine mahogany by our skilled craftsmen.
