This collection brings you the best of the three types of summer squash commonly grown. Harvested when immature, summer squash has a mild, sweet flavor perfect for eating fresh or stir-fried. Frequent harvest will encourage repeated flowering and additional yields. 'Black Beauty' zucchini has dark green skin and creamy colored flesh. 'Yellow Crookneck' has smooth yellow skin with fine-textured flesh. 'Early White Bush' is a white patty pan with a nutty flavor.
