Remastered 1967 album. The psychedelic Sgt. Pepper influenced release was the first Rolling Stones album released with identical track listings worldwide. It was recorded between February & October at Olympic Studios in London during a difficult time in the band's career, against a background of personal issues and criminal trials. It is an eclectic mix of music that includes quot;She's a Rainbowquot; which made No.2 in America & the trippy quot;2000 Light Years from Homequot;. The album title was inspired from the words inside a British passport, quot;Her Britannic Majesty's Secretary of State requests and requiresquot;. The druggy 3D lenticular cover art was designed by photographer Michael Cooper who had also shot the Sgt Pepper album cover.
