Detailed product description

Features: Used to secure wood posts to concrete footings and to provide moisture damage protection. 4-sided with high uplift and bearing capacity. Features a 1 in. Stand-off plate to evaluate wood posts above concrete surfaces. Drain slots allow the anchors to shed water. Triple zinc finish for acq pressure treated lumber. Not recommended for fence posts or unrestrained (not fixed or fastened at top) applications. Not designed to resist overturning (moment) loads. Requires 16d nails for installation.
