The SLC4 Light Control sensor window should be positioned to receive the most ambient light possible. On overcast days or under low level light conditions, the sensor may not receive the 90 LUX required to turn the bulb off. The The Westek SLC4BCG Outdoor/Indoor Dusk to Dawn Light Control allows you to control outdoor or indoor lighting fixtures to automatically come on at dusk and off at dawn. It is compatible with incandescent bulbs only. Simply screw it in - it requires no wiring. Its gray tone matches darker fixtures and cannot be used with opaque or frosted glass fixtures.
