Wince Bar Space Saving Weight System

The Wince Bar Space Saving Weight System allows you to work out at home, at the office or while travelling with limited space requirements. The Wince Bar changes configurations to form either 7 different pairs of dumbbells or 7 differently weighted longbars; for a total of 14 different weight combinations. This compact system with its custom molded travel case can replace an entire set of plates, bars, dumbbells and collars. The instructional DVD features Kevin Wince demonstrating different Freeweights configurations and 26 basic exercises with the Wince Bar.
