The Original Allswell 10" Bed in a Box Hybrid Mattress, Twin XL

!!!Worst mattress ever!!! I bought this mattress almost a week ago. I opened it gave it over 24 hours to rise as suggested. This bed is hard as a rock. I had to put my old mattress topper on it. I feel like the middle is caved in… I have a box spring under it so it shouldnt be caving in. I'm VERY disappointed. Hoping I'm able to return this item. I wake up with so back pain since I've slept on this mattress. My mattress from 1974 that i decided to replace to this one was very more comfy!

This mattress is only available through Walmart. When I attempted to register warranty it took me to Walmart.com. When I contacted customer service they gave a phone number to call. The person at that company told me they didn't handle the warranty. I'm on hold with Walmart again. I'm dissatisfied with the run around.

In only a month this mattress shows signs of depression in it. Unfortunately I ordered a 10" and should have ordered a 12" as it is not deep enough. I'm trying to determine how to activate the 10yr warranty. As far as exchanging it for a deeper one I don't know how to send it back.

I have tried 4 mattresses gave away 3, keep one from Amazon because I didn't have anyone else to give it to. I've had 4 mattresses topper gave them all away. This allwell mattress is the best sleep I've had in two years. Omg why didn't I try this first could have save myself tons of money and sleep. This is a must buy mattress overall 9 stars

It came within 2 days of the order and was a heavy package. Easy to open and inflates within a few minutes of unpacking. You could feel the springs from outside however the upper memory form makes the mattress stable and the feel is medium firm. Overall satisfied with how it looks and the ease to ready it in no time. I had never used a mattress in a box so far. Hopefully, it will serve me well as advertised!
