The Pioneer Woman Harlow 12" Ceramic Non-Stick Fry Pan, Denim Blue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size, color, the aesthetic made cooking an experience for sure. I love the way it feels. The size is perfect for any dish I want to prepare. It says dish washer friendly but I'm not going to put it in there. I only hand wash it. I was skeptical about what would happen with medium-high heat and so far it's holding up.

My only issue with it is that while it cleans super easily, even if food is caked on (the BEST part about it), it stands quite easily. I don't want to scrub too hard and ruin it, but cooking with turmeric and a little bit of burning has stained inner portion, and no matter how much scrubbing I do, the blue portion remains stained. I don't mind a ton as long as it keeps cleaning as well as it does and continue to not stick! Also, be careful because the handle can get hot if it's slightly too close to the stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really great skillet. It is a decent weight and is actually non-stick. I like the large flat bottom and the sides are a good height. I have cooked ground beef and thinly sliced beef in this, and the mest cooks evenly. This is very easy to clean and the skillet looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ceramic skillet is gorgeous and perfect for cooking. I love to make breakfast hash in it. It heats up evenly and crisps hashbrowns perfectly. It's a generous size and fits well on my stovetop. It's the perfect one pan meal pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Talk about non stick heaven and easy clean. Everything just slides right off. I've never used a ceramic pan before, but the sauces just sit on top and doesn't burn to the pan. My food was cooked to perfection, I've done eggs, shrimp Alfredo, and fried rice so far in the pan. I'm about to throw out all my “non stick” pans that always have stuff stick to in mid cooking and replace them with these. The pan I received with 12” and nice and wide for a full meal for 4 (Alfredo) and deep enough that when I mixed it I didn't fear of food going over the sides.
