My wife says this performs just as well as the much more expensive big name brands, but at a MUCH lower cost. The angled spout makes it easy to get the cleaner under the bowl rim. Let it set for a while, then use your brush to bring the porcelain back to like-new. That about sums it up. A no-brainer!

I previously used a name brand toilet bowl cleaner that contained bleach and was a thicker gel, so it would cling to the bowl. I was wary of using this one, but I hired someone to clean my home and she specifically requested I purchase this one and I've been very happy with it. I didn't keep my housekeeper and have been using it myself and think it's much better than my previous toilet bowl cleaner. I had some black stains on the back of the bowl that wouldn't come off with the previous cleaner and they came off immediately with this one. I think it also works better on rust stains. I would definitely recommend it.

This stuff, while it's insanely cheap, is priced low because it's like water. This type of cleaner works best when it clings to the bowl and is able to work it's magic and this just washes right into the water. It's useless. I didn't give it one star because it did clean the bowl. It just didn't cling like the products it wants to mimic.

I have searched for years for a cleaner that would remove rust stains from the shower and toilet. The Works does this without scrubbing. The order is pleasant too.

With The works I only have to squeeze a little around the toilet bowl once or twice a week to get rid of the rust deposit from my hard water. Don't even need to scrub or brush. I have tried lots of other types and brands but nothing makes a toilet cleaning job easier without any mess or special tools. Squeeze, let it stand a while then flush. If the bowl is badly stained it may take a few treatments to get it sparkling clean but once it is, just apply every few days to maintain and cleaning the toilet bowl will be the easiest household task you have to perform.Mol
