I've always had trouble with most lip products irritating my lips and unhappy about the ingredients most of them have. This one has only nontoxic, even good for you ingredients and feels lovely and smooth. It doesn't bother my skin, has a nice light smell and no unpleasant taste, and wears pretty well. I bought the Clover, which is a bit more pink than I would like; I'd prefer the pink slightly more toned down but I love the depth of color: not too light nor too dark. I have light-medium skin with cool undertones. It took me months to decide on a color because trying to buy lipstick by looking at colors on a screen is really tricky! It would be great if 100% Pure sold sample swatches. I know the return policy is great but would hate the waste of returning anything. I try not to contribute too much to landfill.

So I have been searching through colors now to find that particular shade of pink that isn't too strong, isn't too light, but matches my creme and freckles complexion well. I found it in Buttercup. So it goes on neutral and subdued but as we all know? Fruit pigments oxidize with exposure. It's one of the reasons the colors can end up off from what you expect and how the color can change over time a little. Going on, looks good but I wasn't in love with it. Leave it on for a little bit and it turns into the most lovely deep cool pink that suits me perfectly. I have adored every lipstick I have gotten from this company, and all their make up in general, but there is something immensely satisfying about finding that one perfect shade that does exactly what you want for you. Clover and Buttercup are the two I kept out of the ones I have tried. I have found loving homes for every other one I have bought in search of Buttercup. Please never stop making these two colors, as selfish as it sounds. I love them!

I have purchased two lipsticks and have not liked either one . I do not like the way they feel on my lips and they are very drying . I feel like they are very pigmented at first and then the color comes off quickly and becomes a stain which I don't like. I recently got the color dahlia. The colors don't match the description or the pictures on the website so I've been disappointed with each lipstick purchase. I love all their other products I'm just done trying to make their lipsticks work .

I love the satin Foxglove lipstick. Inwas looking for something that I could use on my lips and cheeks. This was the perfect choice. I have a golden tanned complexion and the lip color enhances and brightens my natural lip color. Using it on my cheeks provides a satiny/ dewey pop of color and lasted a pretty good while, even in the Tecas himidity. I definitely will be trying other colors.

This lipstick will be my forever fave! My favorite color is foxglove. It's my go to everyday color. I have dark eyes, dark hair, and medium skin tone. Foxglove is the perfect blend of pinks, browns, all while creating a natural looking lip. It last a very long time. And the best part, no harmful ingredients !
