I started taking this product to enhance my workout, i.e. have a little bit of a faster recovery in between sets. Overall, I noticed a slight increase but nothing to write home about. Granted, this all depends on ones state of well being or health. Personally, I consider myself a very healthy person (my doctor agrees as well :) and I believe because of that, the benefits of this supplement may not be as noticeable, compared to someone else that may lack in certain nutrition or is less 'healthy.' Will I buy this product again? Probably. I haven't used it long enough to determine it's long term effects. Will everyone benefit from this supplement? It depends. As I stated earlier, the effectiveness is all dependent on other factors i.e. health of person, nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, etc.

Definitly notice better recovery when I started taking the Crazy Muscle Glutamine pills. I've been trying to find a good one for a while and theses are it. Glutamine is one supplement I've always sworn by, primarily just to give your body an edge on recovery and the stress of workouts and daily life. I took one tablet in the morning on an empty stomach (no stomach upset occurred) and before bed, which I believe is clutch to give your body a chance to take it in while you sleep and recover.
