Nyko Wand Motion Sensing One-Handed Controller - Remote - wireless - for Nintendo Wii

Big waste of money!! I bought 3 of these remotes and a charge base from Nyko. The remotes only worked for a month or two, and the charge base maybe worked for a month. Nyko has not helped with the problems, they just ignore my emails. Save you money and DON'T buy Nyko!!

We bought this trying to save a little money, unfortunatly we didn't save the package or anything. I know, dumb move, but it had good reviews. We played with it two times and the next time we went to use it, all four lights turned on and then it wouldn't do anything. We've tried replacing the batteries as well. It's junk. Don't waste your money, spring the extra cash for quality!

I would absolutely never buy one of these again. I bought two to round out our Wii accessories and these things just don't even come close to performing like the actual Wii remotes. Can't aim, constant shaking and flittering - they are always jumping all over the screen; and that's if you can get them to sync up in the first place! If I had to do it all over again, I would've shelled out the extra $10 and bought the real ones. Hands down, no questions asked.

I got this wii wand in December. It seemed to work fine. I like the different look and feel. With Mario Kart you shake the remote for a boost, it started disconnecting mid game. It wasn't too often, so I put up with it. I recently got The New Supe Mario Bros. In it you shake the remote at various times. The wii wand would randomly shake and cause your character to hit an enemy or fall into a hole. It made game play impossible. I was able to exchange the remote for another nyko wand, but it won't stay connected if you shake. I will be returning it and only purchase wii remotes that are nintendo brand. Saving $10 wasn't worth the frustration this remote causes.

The first 3 we puchased wouldn't even come on. So I returned it to the store. Got another 3. Sometimes it work fine and sometimes it doesn't. While we are playing the games, it would just turn itself off and we'll have to turn back on. Couldn't be the batteries, fully charged. The actual WII remotes, no problem. So I am returning these to the stores and getting the actual WII remotes. I guess you get what you pay for........
