Frigidaire - 27.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator

I bought this a few weeks ago and seem to have issues already. Yesterday I heard a humming noise that got louder and louder and then I started to smell something burning. The fridge is still working but was not sure what that was about. Tried to find info online or manual but nothing. Also, the ice cream is very soft and did not find anything about how to lower temp. Disappointing that you get no information on appliance and then have to search online.

We love the features and storage space. Our biggest complaint is the noise. We do have an open concept kitchen and living room so we do hear the compressor but not unexpected. We keep hearing a "rattle" type noise as well that seems to be coming from where the icemaker is attached to the wall of the fridge. In the process of troubleshooting now. We emptied it and when pushing the side toward the slight gap where mounted, rattle stops but doesn't stay that way. If pushing on the front of icemaker, it will stop as well until we stop pushing. It's possible it could be in the casing of the fridge itself as well and any pressure is stopping it. We have tried emptying the fridge in case it was some item inside but no luck. We just got this fridge and we could probably address it under warrantee but tough to find time for a tech to come. Hoping to figure it out since this is driving us a little bit nuts.

Got the fridge install. Set up and let it do it's 24 hour cool down period. I am still having issues where it's freezing water in bottles. The ice maker is off now thinking it may help. The freezer ice maker is great and the option to quick chill a beverage is nice.

We've had this fridge for a month now and it never disappoints! The big crisper drawers and cantilever shelves are such convenient features. The freezer has such an easy opening and closing mechanism, it just glides! We are just thrilled with our new fridge!

We feel pleased about our choice as first-time Frigidaire owners. Why not a 5/5 rating? In low lighting, you can't see the display easily and the bottom freezer drawer could have been an inch taller. The last point is made relative to the fridge that we replaced. For a better review, we would need more time.
