Perfect for the lower part of your back, and hips. The controls and auto shut off reviews were all good. We should of bought 2! The price and reviews made this the best buy. We have had it for almost a week and it lives up to the praise. love it!

Not really happy with this item. at first it was cool (warm with heat - lol) and perfect size for my chair I use for work. Then after several days it keeps bunching up and the plastic inside does not form back to natural state. Stays bunched up.. So it loses its support function and the heat is not distributed evenly :( I would not buy this item again

Just got this today. Was excited. My girlfriend and I were waiting anxious to see how it worked. She used it first and said she didn't like how it wasn't really flat. I didn't really believe her cause she can be exaggerative at times. So when I got home I showered and tried it. It was comfortable to lay on. So then I put it on high and it took a while to get warmer so I'm thinking ok it's getting warmer. "Here we go". But that was it. It was barely warm. Mind you, I had my shirt off. Don't purchase this if you're looking for a good nice Hot heating pad. This doesn't get Hot. It's get warm. That's it. For sore muscles or anything, this wouldn't do anything. Getting my refund.

Not what I thought it would be and doesn't get as hot as I would prefer

I bought one of these several years ago, and it was great. It perfectly fit the space between my desk chair and my back, thereby keeping the heat right up against my back. This summer, I ordered one for my mother, and the one they sent was absolutely worthless. The one I got years ago inflated and stayed inflated, but the one they sent my mom this summer will not inflate at all. It is limp and floppy and no better than a regular flat heating pad (worse, since it's lumpier, without being functional as a back pillow). They seem to have changed this product for the worse. Very disappointing, and a waste of money.
