I got this phone about a year ago and it is a pain. It is always changing my wallpaper on me to those stupid umbrellas and it changes my ringtone too. Also some of the time my sound wont work. The camera lets me take pics but a lot of the time when I go to view them it tells me they are in the wrong format and I lose the picture. On the up side I seem to have good signal just about everywhere even when the rest of my family doesnt. It holds a charge pretty long too.

I bought this phone and was so impressed by the appearance that I thought for sure I would love it. As soon as I started to use it I realized that the looks of this phone are quite deceiving. It looks like it's a strictly touch-screen phone, but the only time you ever use it is to make phone calls. The screen can be glitchy and delayed when sliding the keypad in and out. One time I sent a message and slid the keypad in and the screen completely froze and I had to turn it on and off. The keypad is very awkward to use and difficult to figure out, especially at first. It still works to this day, but I've gotten a new phone since then because I grew so frustrated with my LG Neon. It works to serve its purpose, but I'd definitely look into getting a different one if you can. Not really worth much and nothing new or interesting other than the fact of how surprisingly horrible and difficult to use it is. Pros- Looks cool, doesn't break easily Cons- Never really get to use the touch screen, hard to use keypad, screen easily freezes and glitches, occasional dropped calls or "can you hear me now?" moments, very frustrating to use

I would have kept the phone if i was able to access the internet. Otherr than that it is a good cell phone.

this phone was by far the worst phone i have ever had. i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. i went through three of these phones in 9 months. the battery didnt last very long, it shut itself on and off whenever it wanted to, went from the ringer being on to silent whenever it wanted to which in return made me miss calls. as for the texting the key board design at first was ok but then it was like it jumped on the FN by itself and all my messages would get jumbled up. the phone would also freeze up when deleting text messages didnt matter if it was 1 or 100 it always froze up for up to 5 minutes. all in all the look and over all design of the phone was great but when it doesnt work half the time it isnt worth having. i recently upgraded to the LG Neon II GW370 and it is AMAZING!! if you like the looks of the neon but hate the features the II has everything that the one didnt and more!! i highly suggest it!!

I've had this phone for a couple of months, and i have to say its pretty worth it. The keyboard is the perfect size and i use the music player all the time. However, the fact that the touch screen is only for typing in phone numbers was a real letdown.
