Playhut Star Wars Control Center

I purchased this for my son's 7th birthday June. He loves it and plays in it daily. So far it is holding up really well, no tears or rips. The only problem we have is the console insert was not in the package. We contacted Playhut by email and received no response. I then called Playhut 2 times, actually spoke to a person the second time. I sent the requested information to Playhut over a month ago and still have not received the replacement insert. Even with the very bad customer service I still have to give it 4 stars because it keeps my son entertained and encourages him to use his imagination.

My 5 yr old son purchased this with his birthday money and it was delivered to the store in time for his birthday party. The kids loved it. It was put up in minutes and the kids brought toys in and played with it throughout the party. I could not get it to fold up like in the instructions. It's supposed to go in a storage bag that is included. But I did get it folded flat and then slipped it behind the bed. It's sturdy and the material is tough enough to take my kids abuse.

Overall, it is a fun product for my boys. It is big enough for 3 of them to be in it (they are 7 and younger) and it has a couple ways to enter the tent. They are having a ball with it. It does come with a nice carrying case for when you want to collapse it but I haven't taken it down yet.

I bought this tent for my two sons that are 4 and 2. They loved putting their blankets in there and laughing together. The bad part of this tent is that the material can easily rip. They would jump into the tent, or play around inside and the material ripped at the door entry way. Within a day or two, the rip ran all the way across the side. Then the tent was not standing straight up anymore. I was sad to take this product back to the store because the kids loved the imaginary play panels on the inside and the fact that you could stand up in it but it could not stand the test of time. Poor product for kids who like to play in the tent and who are not still!

This tent is very large and tall and fits a few kids at a time which is great- but we have had it since xmas and both doors are already ripped one of the velcro pieces came off and the top window is ripped. All this in less then two weeks. It is a great looking tent, very cool all the stuff inside- it is the quality of the material that fails.
