Bumbo - Baby Seat, Lilac

It's perfect for little ones who r beganning to sit and even once they master sitting alone. It's also great for feeding time, to use in bathtub as well. The only thing I didn't like was the way my daughters legs got stuck every time I went to take her out. Otherwise it's awesome!

My daughter hasn't had the reaction to the Bumbo other babies seem to have. We've tried her in it a few times and she still dislikes it. I don't know if she would do better with the fabric cover, because the plastic is so cold it startles her. We are also going to try the tray and add some toys because without that she really has nothing to do in this seat. So far she likes her walker much better. Maybe she's just not old enough to enjoy it yet and friends love theirs so I would still recommend someone trying this thing out. It just hasn't been for our child.

I love how this gives proper support for my 5 month old who is still perfecting her ability to sit up! Most seats (car seat, bouncer, high chair, etc..) offer the reclining option. But this chair supports her all around to show her she can sit up tall and straight all by herself! And now she's sitting up better on her own as well. But it's nice to let her be in the room with me, and I can get some things done and she's happy sitting in the seat watching the dog play around her or watching her sister play. Wish I had gotten the tray to go with it, so she could play with her toys.

I bought two of these for my twin girls to eat and practice sitting up. I appreciate that they are so portable, and within a couple of weeks both of my girls were sitting up on their own without the seats. I also purchased the trays. They could be designed better in order to attach easier, but they are still worth it.

The bumbo has always been a must have at every daycare I've worked at and every family I've worked for with infants. It supports infants very well who can't sit up quite yet and has a big enough back on it that my daughter can sit it in even though she is still trying to get used to holding her up completely. It is very soft, portable, and my daughter who is 3 months old loves it!
