Simple and very easy to operate. My recordings came out very clear and easy to hear.

This product did not work right out of the box!

I carry this thing with me everywhere, and put verbal notes in it all day. Then, when I get time, I put those notes on paper, delete them from the recorder, and start all over again.

The recorder is small enough to carry with you but the controls are not the best. I have read the instructions but when I go to implement them, they don't always work right away. The erase button should be on the front not the side.

I bought this for my son who is disabled and has memory problems . This has been a life saver for him. He cannot write due to his disability, so I got this for him to make grocery lists, reminders of appts., etc. He LOVES it. Easy to use and the instructions were very easy to understand. The playback is clear and loud, I like the volume feature because you can hear even in a noisy place. I recommend that people with memory issues (and we all have them) use this for everyday use. I plan on getting one to record minutes of meetings. This is great product and I highly recommend it, both for the value and the quality!
