[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than the long long wait for manufacture, the fridge is great. I do not like the freezer door shelves- they are open, and stuff falls out- our old Maytag had solid bottomed shelves that held ice packs and other small/thin items better.

5 years old and now junk or need serious repair. I've seen refrigerators last a lifetime. Our Whirlpool stove took a dump 2 years ago. I had to replace. Originally purchased all Whirlpool appliances. Sorry I did slowly replacing them all due to being faulty. Going with GE this time. We'll never buy another Whirlpool product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking refrigerator and easy controls. Wish it had a light in the freezer but not a deal breaker. Quiet operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the refrigerator a few weeks ago and so far so good. It's perfectly fits our space and has all the necessary flexible shelves and compartments. The ice maker from my previous refrigerator is not missed!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought this to replace our faithful 28-year-old, 30-in-wide Whirlpool of similar design, which finally died of old age. There's a lot to like in the new one. It is an attractive-looking unit. We really like the glass shelves and clear plastic pull-out bins, as they make it very easy to see the food. It is roomier than the old model, partly because it is a little taller and sticks out into the kitchen a couple of inches more, and also because the interior has been organized somewhat more effectively. The door shelves have a good capacity, but with respect to the freezer-door shelves, we do not like the gap between the bottom of the shelf and the retaining bar. It is extremely annoying to open the door and have a pack of frozen hotdogs slip through the gap and thud loudly on the floor. We had to find and purchase a couple of long and narrow clear plastic bins that fit inside the shelves, to stop this problem The pullout bins in the refrigerator section definitely do not seem as sturdy as my former ones. Only time will tell how well they hold up. I have only had this unit for six weeks. It is rather noisy when the condenser is on. It appears that we will just have to live with that. Some strips of metal around the door edges are simply crimped and glued in place, leaving unsightly crevices, some of which are dirt-catchers. When delivered, excess dried glue had not been removed. There are some gaps between the door seals and the doors—also dirt catchers. Overall, we are pleased. If not for the problems mentioned above, it would earn five stars.
