I love this! It works wonderfully. The only downside is that it takes a lot of power from your iPod so it can work, so I have to charge my iPod more often, but other than that I love it!

I initially got this because my new nano didn't fit my old transmitter. My biggest problem with this iTrip is that it turns on when it feels like it, and sometimes you have to wait forever. I noticed that the more charged the ipod is, the quicker the transmitter will kick on, and if your ipod is almost dead, the itrip won't work at all. It didnt come with any instructions, so my only guess as to the dial on the side is to change stations. Also, it doesn't transmit the music loud enough through my car radio...it seems like it should be able to crank up twice as loud, and have less bass to it. This product will work if you're in desperate need of a transmitter, but I wouldn't recommend it as a winner.

The sound quality is as good as the older itrip we had that used the headphone jack. The one down side is this itrip uses the usb port and therefore drains the battery much faster.

The product works horrible in bigger cities because of the frequency but works great in the small towns and cities
