Griffin iTrip Auto SmartScan - FM transmitter / charger for car for digital player - for Apple iPod (4G, 5G); iPod classic

Bought the product and it worked great, used it on road trips and it was great. Well worth the money and now I have my music that I want to listen to instead of having to keep on trying to find a good station or switch the CD.

Tried to hook it up in the parking lot and it didn't work. Got home, worked on it more, and got it to work. I could not believe how terrible the sound was. Volume up all the way,was like the CD on 3, and NO bass at all! Told CSR rep that I would not use this even if they were giving it away. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I plugged this product in, and one of the prongs broke before it even got plugged in!! So can't vouch for whether or not it even worked, honestly. I returned it the same day, and they willingly allowed me to exchange it. Went and bought a different version of the Griffin w/ SmartScan, and I love it!

We got this product and were surprised how cheap so wasn't sure what to expect. It is wonderful and we use it all the time! It is so easy to use. You just plug it in, tune the channel, and away you go. I high recommend this to everyone!

i had ordered this product and when i received it, it did not look like what it shows in the picture. The cigarette adapter just says itrip. The frequency to the car radio is not clear. The autosmart that is used to preset radio stations is not really smart, it would find radio frequencies that already had a radio station. i am disappointed but manually selecting your own frequency should do it. i expected more.
