Kyros MID7012-4G Tablet Computer

I would not recommend this product (Coby Kyros MID 7012) to anyone, for several reasons. First oe being customer support issues. I called them the day I received the product and after holding for a bit the person that came on line said that he was from an answering service (not really a problem at least I spoke with someone). He told me that they were tied up with call that I should try back. I did the next day again after waiting I got the answering service and was told that someone would call me back within twenty-four to forty-eight hours it already been a week - no call back yet. I did call them back at another number (listed on website) and was told that the product does not support Adobe Flash, the main reason I purchased it. Another issues I have with this product is that the manual is of no real use. What I learned about the product I learned through internet searches.

I love my Coby kryos. I did not expect it to be as great as it is. I have already downloaded three apps and they are great. This is an awesome tablet for all ages. I highly reccomend it.

I bought 2 of these for my niece and nephew. after only 2 weeks of using them my niece knocked hers off of the end table and onto a hardwood floor,,,the screen cracked and the tablet was worthless. warranty doesn't cover accidents. Seems to me that something like this should be able to fall on the floor from more tham 24 inches up and not break.This is too fragile for children or teens. Before it broke it worked fine,,,and you have to use a stylus on this one cause your finger wont do the trick.

i bought this for myself, and was very happy at first glance, but soon after i became very annoyed. the only app launcher i could download from was "getjar" or whatever.and it was not very good... i couldnt even buy apps . after downloading a free app to my device it said "force close" and now it keeps powering down i can't even load my home screen nothing works not even the reset . truley, its not even worth it sending it back asap!!!!

I bought two of these tablets, Coby Kyros mid 7012. This tablet does not come with Adobe Flash. Coby is not licensed with Adobe per a Coby rep. Also, I was not able to download Adobe Flash off of the Adobe website. You will need flash for alot of websites. Angry birds would not even play without it. Go to Freewarelovers.com to the Android apps section and look for Adobe 10.1. If it does not download immediately to your tablet, download it to your laptop and transfer via a micro sdhc card. Then fit the little sd card into the tablet and go to apk installer and click install. For Netflix, you will need the Netflix v1.2.1 from XDA downloads. Do the same thing and download to laptop first if it does not work downloading directly to tablet. You can download music. I use Amazon. The downloaded songs go directly to the tablets music app. The music on the tablet sounds great by itself, with the headphones, or with an external speaker. You can download games through the Getjar app or through an Amazon android app that you can download through Amazon. The tablet has a back button so you can go back to the previous screen. It uses and comes with a stylis. You can select items with the stylis or finger but you have to scroll with the stylis. It can be a little tricky if you are used to only navigating with your finger. I have a ds console so I am used to the stylis. The screen looks great but hard to see outside in bright light. This tablet does not come with the Android market installed. You cannot download Android apps from the Android website without the Android Market installed. There are ways to download it but I haven't had a need for it yet because I can download games though Getjar and Amazon although a few games would not play, most did and are lots of fun to plays. I found that whatever you download, you can manage it or delete it through manage your apps section. The youtube app works and plays great. I surf the internet. The internet is great on it. Its faster than my laptop. I have a 32 gb micro sdhc card that gives the tablet more storage space.
