Walmart Family Mobile SIM Starter Kit

The picture and description say this is the for the 5 and 5S micro SIM version, but I got the 4 and 4S version. I just used scissors to trim the paper, as returning it would be a hassle because it's rarely in stock.

I've had Walmart Family Mobile for about 5 years now. When I first got it, the service was pretty good with the phone I had at the time. I got a new phone about 3 years ago and the service was still pretty good. Even better in some desolate areas than my friends phones with Verizon. About 1 1/2 years ago, I bought another new phone. I noticed the service was extremely poor so I thought it was the phone. I returned that phone wound up buying 2 more different phones and still had very low signal on each one. I replaced the SIM card twice during this time and the service still didn't improve. I've tried calling customer service (they're in Guatemala or Honduras) and they have been no help. I even speak fluent Spanish and communicate with them in Spanish to try to get the best outcome and they still aren't any help. Short of paying a lot more with a service like Verizon, I guess I'll live with the poor signal service for the time being.

This starter kit exeeded all my expectations. The packaging was spectacular, and the instructions were concise and original. I would definitely buy this again.

Got just what we needed at a better price than the store charges.

This phone is comparable to any higher price phone Ive ever seen or used Awsome !!
