BISSELL CrossWave All-in-One Multi-Surface Wet Dry Upright Vacuum - Molded White, Titanium and Cha Cha Lime Green

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this because it takes me several hours to vacuum and wash all of my floors. I use this now for hardwood, slate and porcelain floors- I have even tried it on low profiles carpets. Excellent performance- easy to clean - lightweight makes vacuuming and washing 7000 square feet of floors much faster. It can handle some large particulate- suction is excellent. Particularly good for bathroom floors. Allows me to clean the floors often and easily. Only downside is that the container fills up quickly but that's minor compared to the benefits.

I have hardwood floors with low area rugs and it worked out great! I do wish there was a way to separate the liquid from the hair/dirt. Just makes it a little gross dumping the hair into the trash before emptying the liquid. It worked great transitioning between the area rug and the hardwood.

I just received my Crosswave All in One yesterday and was anxious to try it. It is certainly easy to use and since I just switched from all carpet to all floors, that's extremely important. I think it will take a couple of tries to get really good with it. I did notice that it doesn't get all the way to the baseboards, I expected that, but that is easily handled with a quick Swiffer around the perimeter. BUT it is noisy. I didn't expect that. That is the reason for the missing star. Overall, I would buy it again as I feel it was a good value.

I have had this machine for 2 years and I do like it but I think the cordless would be more convenient. My biggest complaint is I cannot remove the plastic cover that is over the rotating brush to clean it. It is super tight and does not come off easily for cleaning.

I decided to buy this vacuum because of the positive reviews. The first two times I used it went well, although the smell it produces was awful. Since then it has been downhill. All it does is push around cat hair into clumps I need to pick up after by hand. It also leaves very noticeable white streaks everywhere. The smell seems to get even worse. I truly hate everything about this vacuum and regret buying it.
