Walmart Family Mobile ZTE Zinger Smartphone

My sister purchased this phone recently at our local walmart. She opens the box to find not only no sim card but once she gets home to try to connect to wifi it doesn't let her. I contact T-Mobile support for her which not only the box not even mention but they just kept saying this that you need to purchase a service plan before you can do anything on the phone. The service plan is completely separate from the phone. In short if you purchase this you bought a $20 paper weight, I strongly do not recommend this phone or any of T-Mobile's phones.

Absolute piece of technical wasteland phone. Major reception problems, says phone is on a 2 G network though 4G capable. Maybe okay if you live in major metro area with strong cell coverage. Was using as primary phone but totally unreliable. Took it back for a refund. One of the reasons they sell these phones so cheap is because of all of the Google apps. When you read the fine print on the apps, Google has access to all of your contacts, your phone calls EVERYTHING YOU DO ON YOUR PHONE AND THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY AND DATA STORED ON YOUR PHONE. Essentially all of your private data, you relinquish to Google! Hah!
