SheaMoisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Comforting Milk Mask Sulfate-Free, 4oz

This product burned my daughter's face. She is extremely red, swollen and in pain. After her reaction I googled this product and saw tons of horrible reviews of people getting burned.

My over dried, thirsty skin loves this mask. I felt a very minor burning, almost nothing at the beginning, the first time I used it. Now is the third day and I do not feel anything like that. I guess the skin needs to get used to some ingredients. My skin is very sensitive, I have been using this mask as a cream, and I am very satisfied with it. What a pity it is out of stock. I saw the reviews. People need to understand what is good for one, may not be good for others. It is not the product's fault, our skin may disagree with some ingredients, depending on the age, ethnicity, . I have tried products in the past that have left my face red, not this one.

Looks like just everyone else I used this mask and got a severe face irritation with redness and burning. I started googling this mask reviews and found out I am not the only one and it is the most common reaction! And my skin is not sensitive at all! Why is this product still on the market, ShearMoisture?

My skin started burning horribly after having the mask on for a minute. My skin has been bright red for an hour and is way drier than it was to begin with. Awful awful. Please do something about this, or at least WARN customers about whatever ingredients are causing the burn! When this many people have the same problem something NEEDS to be done!

I love Shea Moisture products, but this was horrible. My face began to burn immediately. After googling this product and reading the reviews it is evident that others have experienced the same reaction! There is definitely something not right in this product.
