After just a few uses, the attachments will not stay on. Mine came with 3 pieces and each will pop off almost as soon as it touches hair. It is infuriating, especially give the amount paid for this blow dryer. I don't know the solution short of having to replace it. It will not be with FHI if that is the case.

This is wonderfully light weight. I am getting a little older and my hands are getting a little weaker/painful. Having a light weight HD are necessary for me. Love the different attachments, which gave me a struggle to get the nozzle on (so my husband put it on for me). But the attachment doesn't fall off like my last HD's did. It's on and not going anywhere until you remove it! Nor does the venty cover thingy on the back fall off either, as did my last HD. Love the cooling button that stays on and not have to keep holding in to work (again, like my last HD.) I have found using cool shots at the end of drying helps to set the style and give it some shine. However, there needs to be some sort of indicator light on this HD somewhere to tell me when the cool shot is in use. I have pushed the button a number of times and waited to see if it was getting cooler or not, as it is a little hard to tell for quite some seconds if it's really the cool shot or not....hence , the 4 star instead of 5 star rating I would have loved to give this CHROME HD. Having said that, I would highly recommend this HD. It really is fabulous!

I ordered the FHI Heat Platform Nano Lite Pro 1900 about a year ago. It worked well at first, but unfortunately, the fan broke a few weeks ago. Now the dryer barely blows any air at all and it is very loud. I tried to request a replacement but since I cannot find the receipt (my fault, I should have kept better track of it) FHI Heat will not honor the warranty. I was also considering the T3 Hair Dryer and will definitely try that next.

Great blow dryer definitely would recommend to others. My hair texture is very thick and curly and this blow dryer gets the hair done I've finally found something that works for my hair texture. Along with my blow dryer I received free hair accessories

I love the color. Its very lightweight and I can hold it easy. My thick but fine 4C hair dried very quickly on the medium setting. I also love that the cool blast stays cool until you press it again. I hate having to hold the button. It also comes with a bag to store it in and thats great!
